Konni Jensen was born and raised in the beautiful country side of Denmark. She has been drawing for as long as her parents can remember, they say it came naturally as soon as she could hold a crayon.
She had her first opening at the age of 10, she shared the opening with adult artists, it was pencil drawings of landscapes and portraits. She has won many contests over the years and has been published in many Danish newspapers.
Konni has a wide variety of styles, she paints modern paintings, realism and abstracts as well as creates art installations, shadow boxes and clothing.
She has a great passion for children and loves drawing and creating stories for them, she has dedicated an entire website just for children: www.monsterpicturebooks.com. and has published 2 books, a picture book called "The Monster Under The Bed" and a coloring book called "The Monster Coloring Book".
